Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, melted, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Order number

• A clear photo of the issue

We will gladly send a replacement or issue store credit.

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After this window, production begins and the order cannot be reversed.

Final Sale Items

Seasonal items, sale items, and holiday collections are final sale.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked “Delivered.”
